OVAC Commission CSA Launch Event
Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition commissioned this artwork for their 1st CSA Launch Event. I had a wonderful time at the reception last night, where I got to meet the collector that received this work. BIG thanks to OVAC and all of the Collector Level CSA members!

Artspace at Untitled Printmaking Demo
I have an upcoming printmaking demonstration at Artspace at Untitled in Oklahoma City. The artist talks and demos are for The [Press] at Untitled’s Monothon printmaking event.
My printmaking demo will be on Saturday, Feb. 28th, from 3:00pm – 4:00pm “Chine colle’ and Collage”
I will give a demonstration on chine colle’ and collage methods for printing and layering other elements on the press.
(Dylan Bradway will also give a demo on the 28th (12pm-2pm) on “Painterly Approach” – Monotype is considered the painterly process of printmaking, and this demo will take that sole painterly approach to the process of creating a monoprint.)

Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition’s 12×12
I will have artwork available for bid at the upcoming Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition’s 12×12 fundraising event at the Science Museum in Oklahoma City. I love participating in this wonderful exhibition every year, I hope that you can join us!
(from their website) Measuring just twelve inches square, fresh art by 150 Oklahoma artists is featured at the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition’s 25th Annual 12×12 Art Fundraiser along with live music and local restaurants for a one-night-only event. Held on Friday, September 19, 7:00 pm at Science Museum Oklahoma (2100 Northeast 52nd Street) in Oklahoma City, the 12×12 Art Fundraiser raises funds for the Oklahoma Visual Arts Coalition (OVAC) to help artists throughout Oklahoma to realize their potential. The 2013 12×12 raised $68,000 through sponsorships and art sales with more than 1,000 in attendance. Funds raised from the event support OVAC’s programs for artists including education, exposure and funding. Tickets to the 25th Annual 12×12 Art Fundraiser are $30 in advance and $35 at the door. They are available by phone at 405-879-2400, online at www.12x12okc.org, or at ticket outlets: Blue Seven, Full Circle Bookstore, New Leaf Florist, Guestroom Records (Norman & OKC) and Café Evoke (Edmond).
Grand Re-Opening Kasum Contemporary
I will have new work available at Kasum Contemporary for their Grand Re-opening coming up soon.
(from their website) This coming Saturday, September the 12th the former Paseo Originals Art Gallery will début itself anew as Kasum Contemporary Fine Art; now in the Plaza District at 1706 NW 16th Street (Oklahoma City, OK 73106). The Grand Opening will take place from 7:00 – 11:00 during Live on the Plaza; a monthly arts and entertainment walk. The gallery will exhibit a large selection of familiar and new gallery artists, from artists across the globe, that canvas a broad range of styles and techniques.
