I have an art exhibition at Leslie Powell Foundation Gallery titled Natural Impressions. My show has 46 works and 30 of them have never been displayed in a gallery or shown in public before. The other artist in the gallery is Jason Wilson. His show is titled Hardline, and he has 26 paintings on display. The reception is Saturday, May 12th, from 7-9pm. I hope that you can join us!
I had a lot of fun doing a printmaking demo today at OSU in the press room.
My sister and I made dozens of sugar cookies from scratch, and I decorated them with royal icing, for tonight’s art reception at Oklahoma State University’s Gardiner Gallery of Art. The designs are inspired by Madhubani Painting – painted cloth, hanging in the gallery from the collection of Ron and Thora du Bois.
This is my finished painting for the upcoming Women Lead Oklahoma annual Altered Barbie exhibit and fundraiser that will be held at Kasum Contemporary Fine Art.

I will have four paintings in Oklahoma Contemporary’s upcoming ArtNow exhibition in Oklahoma City.
The ArtNow exhibition, opening Jan. 9, highlights the diversity of Oklahoma art today, featuring 24 artists and 200 works. The Jan. 20 closing event is an art sale — the first big party of the year with cocktails, tastemakers and the opportunity to purchase one-of-a-kind works by Oklahoma artists. Proceeds help keep Oklahoma Contemporary exhibitions open free of charge, year-round. (from Oklahoma Contemporary’s website)
Three one-of-a-kind ornaments and three matching paintings of mine will be available at Kasum Contemporary’s upcoming holiday art exhibition.
